Cancellation & Refund Policy
Following are our Ticket Cancellation Policies:
- Online booked tickets can not be canceled or refunded after the booking confirmation.
- Booked tickets can not be transferred in the name of any other person as the person has to fill up the waiver form at the time of booking.
- The date for the visit can be changed on the customer’s request but the ticket will not be canceled or refunded.
- Zooper will be unable to process any requests regarding the tickets which are lost, damaged, purchased, or stolen
In case you feel that you want to do any alteration or addition in the ticket, you must bring it to the notice of our customer care service within 24 hours of the ticket booking. The Customer Care Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision and notify you.
