Zooper India: Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Zooper India, the ultimate trampoline park experience! To ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment, we kindly request that you read and agree to the following terms and conditions before entering our park.

1. Waiver and Release of Liability

Assumption of Risk: By entering Zooper India, you acknowledge and agree that participation in trampoline activities involves inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and sprains. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities.
Release of Liability: You agree to release Zooper India, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability for personal injuries, property damage, or other losses that may occur while using our facilities, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

2. Rules and Regulations

Safety First: Follow all posted rules and instructions given by our staff. Failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion from the park without a refund.
Age and Height Restrictions: Certain activities may have age and/or height restrictions for safety reasons. Please adhere to these restrictions.
Attire: Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing suitable for physical activity. Avoid clothing with zippers, buttons, or other sharp objects that could cause injury. Socks with grips are mandatory on trampolines.
Prohibited Items: No food, drinks, gum, or sharp objects are allowed on the trampolines. Please use designated areas for eating and drinking.
Behavior: Be respectful to other guests and staff. No roughhousing, aggressive behavior, or unsafe actions are permitted.

3. Ticketing and Refunds

Non-Transferable: Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the date and time specified.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds , except in cases of park closure due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Personal Belongings

Storage: Zooper India provides lockers for storing personal belongings. However, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

5. Photography and Video Recording

Consent: By entering Zooper India, you consent to being photographed or video recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform our staff.
